At Julez Naturals, we take hygiene and product safety seriously. For this reason, we do not offer returns or refunds on purchased products.
2. No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final.
We do not accept:
- Returns
- Refund requests
- Exchanges
for any products once they have been delivered.
This includes:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products that are not in their original condition or packaging
- Products that have been damaged after delivery
- Products used incorrectly or not according to instructions
- Products affected by normal wear and tear
- Any personal care hygiene items for safety reasons
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos, and we will review the issue.
3. Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Items Only)
We will only assist if:
- You received the wrong product
- Your item arrived damaged
Condition for exceptions:
- If you receive the wrong product, please do not open or use it.
- Products that have been opened or used will not be eligible for replacement, and you may be required to keep the item.
4. Reporting Issues
If your order has an issue, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
5. Resolution
If your claim is approved, we will:
- Replace the product with the correct item
or - Provide a suitable solution at our discretion
6. Important Notes
We do not cover:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Products that have been used or opened
- Allergic reactions or personal sensitivities
