Typicallly we offer same day delivery within Nairobi. However, delivery timelines within Nairobi may vary depending on:

  • Traffic conditions

Deliveries Outside Nairobi

Orders outside Nairobi are delivered within 24 hours and are dispatched through:

  • Matatu parcel services
  • Bus courier services
  • Regional courier transport options

Note: Customers are responsible for collecting parcels from the designated courier office, stage, or booking station unless otherwise arranged.

  • Free delivery: Instore Pickup
  • Delivery within Nairobi: From Kes 150
  • Delivery outside Nairobi: From Kes 200 – Kes 400

  • Additional errand or handling charges may apply when parcels are booked through matatu or bus transport offices.
